Travis Marshall – a freelance video producer/editor, writer and musician – draws upon his years of broad, multiform creative work for each project he undertakes. Combining manifold artistic abilities, he brings a unique interdisciplinary approach to his work. Whether infusing vivid imagery into his writing, relying upon musical rhythm in his editing, or calling upon his editorial ear while arranging, Travis employs a diverse set of integral skills in his creative work.

Growing up in the artistic hub of New Haven, CT, Travis spent his formative years immersed in the city’s creative environment. He began singing professionally at the age of nine in a prestigious boys choir, performing at the White House Christmas party as well as touring abroad. Travis attended the city’s Educational Center for the Arts magnet school where he studied visual composition, photography, and film.

Upon graduating he moved northward to Massachusetts and Tufts University where he became a member and music director of a celebrated undergraduate singing group while studying English, Music and Film Theory. While at Tufts he also taught a Freshman seminar on Film Theory and critical writing.

Currently, Travis works on many different projects that utilize his unique skill set. He has written and produced several promotional videos for non-profit organizations and municipal services in both Connecticut and Massachusetts. In addition, he has produced and edited a series of internal training videos for Boston-based firms – collaborating on projects with clients from financial services and security backgrounds.
